Urjit Patel appointed as the new RBI governor

Urjit Patel appointed as the new RBI governor and apparently Subramanian Swamy supports the appointment. Hoping that there are fewer clashes between RBI and govt. He was handling some position in rbi.  Right? Yes he is the deputy governer of RBI.
